If you or someone you know often drives for their job or sits at a desk all day, chances are that they have had some form of front hip pain on either side of their body.

This front hip pain is caused by the tightening of your psoas muscle, which is your primary hip flexor. From not being stretched properly, the psoas muscle can cause pain and discomfort.

One of the stretches and exercises that Dr. Johnston and the staff at Relief Plus recommend for front hip pain is the Warrior Pose.

However, we warn you when doing the Warrior Pose,
to make sure that you don’t extend using your back,
but use your hips.

If you know of anyone that has complained about this type of pain, have them give us a call!
